Full cleaning service for down duvets
Your duvet will be just like NEW.

For reasons of hygiene, duvets should be professionally cleaned after 3, or at the latest, 5 years.

With our full service, the entire filling is cleaned, steamed and all dust is removed.  It is then disinfected and about 10% new material is added to the filling. This regenerated filling is then put into a new cover.

If the filling is particularly dirty or worn and more than 10% new filling is needed, a cost estimate will be provided before the work is carried out.

You can either take your duvet to your nearest billerbeck retail partner (see retailer list) or bring it to our Factory shop.

Bedding is washed with the following reservations:

  • The filling should not be too worn. We reserve the right, at our professional discretion, to decide whether a full service is worthwhile.
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from hidden defects or conditions.
  • Any damage caused by our negligence will be compensated according to the current value of the duvet. Compensation in kind and cash payments are excluded.
